Cancellation & Payment Policy

Cancellation

Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours' notice may be subject to the full appointment fee.

Appointments cancelled with more than 48 hours' notice can be rescheduled without a cancellation charge.

If your child is unwell, please contact me as soon as possible. I will consider each situation individually.

Payment

Fees are payable following each session or assessment. I accept bank transfer and other payment methods as agreed. I will provide an appropriate receipt or invoice.

Refunds

Fees paid in advance for a therapy block will be refunded on a pro-rata basis for any sessions not delivered, less any applicable cancellation fees.
