Complaints Procedure

I am committed to providing a high standard of professional service. If you have a concern or complaint about any aspect of the service you have received, I encourage you to contact me in the first instance so that I can address your concerns directly.

Step 1: Contact me directly

Please contact me by email at info@skillsforlifeot.ie or by telephone at 083 406 6605. I will acknowledge your complaint promptly and work with you to resolve it.

Step 2: Formal complaint

If your concern is not resolved to your satisfaction, you may submit a formal written complaint to info@skillsforlifeot.ie. I will investigate and respond in writing within a reasonable timeframe.

Step 3: CORU

If you remain dissatisfied, you may refer the matter to CORU (the Health and Social Care Professionals Council), which is the regulatory body for occupational therapists in Ireland: www.coru.ie.
