These Terms & Conditions apply to the services provided by Skills for Life OT (Emma Cahill). By engaging my services, you agree to these terms.

Services

I provide paediatric occupational therapy assessments, therapy, parent coaching, and paediatric housing & accessibility assessments as described on this website. All services are provided by Emma Cahill, a CORU-registered occupational therapist (Reg. No. O58366).

Fees & payment

Fees are as set out on the Fees page of this website. Fees are payable following each session or assessment. I accept bank transfer and other payment methods as agreed. I will provide an appropriate receipt or invoice.

Limitation of liability

I provide professional occupational therapy services in accordance with CORU standards and AOTI professional guidelines. My liability is limited to the services I provide. OT reports, recommendations and assessments do not guarantee any particular outcome, including grant approval, housing decisions or therapy outcomes.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland.
