Initial Consultation

Comprehensive OT Assessment
2–3 sessions
A thorough assessment of your child's strengths and challenges using standardised tools, clinical observations, and parent interviews.

Housing Adaptation Assessment
Home visit + report

Individual Therapy
45–60 minutes
One-to-one therapy sessions tailored to your child's specific goals, using fun, play-based activities.

Block of Six Sessions

A visit to your child's school to observe, share strategies, and collaborate with teachers for consistent support.

Additional Information
A few things to keep in mind about my fees and services.
Assessment and therapy fees are payable after each session. I accept bank transfer and card payments.
Comprehensive OT Assessment fees include the sessions, standardised scoring, and the written report.
Housing Adaptation Assessment fees include the home visit, assessment, and detailed written report with recommendations.
Some health insurance providers may cover Occupational Therapy. I can provide receipts for you to claim.
Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment may incur a fee. Please see my FAQ for full details.
